@Paolo Conte and @bluff1978 : I600 model firmware some have both .exe and .img files, some only have .exe file. So I think maybe it need 1 exe file. I also have i600XXGD1, but it have some bugs on GPRS when listening to musice, so I upload I600XXGA2 (61.0 MB)

Just worked it out! needed to put the phone in download mode... hold down 9 when powering on!!
