B2100/B2700 Aussie Flash File

I am looking for an Australian Flash File/Firmware for a Samsung B2100 and for a B2700 to see if by changing the firmwares I can make work the 900 Mhz 3G Band on the Phone. I have read a lot of different opinions about whether the bands are software or hardware related, but since I live in Costa Rica, and I can only use the phone on the GSM bands, then, I believe it is worth the trial.

I got the 2700 in the hope of it having the other bands, big mistake! Now I have to european 3g phones working as GSM's in CRI.

The only firmware I am aware that has all 3G bands activate on the B2100/B2700 is the Australian.

Hope someone can help..
