HI I’m a novice I’m as green as you can get I order a cable to unlock a Samsung at&t sgh a707 phone so I can put T-Mobile sim card and remove the AT&T programs & logo I tried to down load fastmultiload_v3.28 it goes to upload then I open it I get the programs not the next step to unlock the phone I hooked the cable & then my phone it does not recognize my phone do I need a software to go with this cable??? I would appreciate if some body out there can PLEASE help me out from the word go step by step

repeat procedure maybe this can help you, put phone in download mode by pressing 9 + power on then connect cable then press download wait until finish

I appreciate you trying to help me and I thank you for that but I can’t get to that point ware it says download I email the person that I received this cable he telling me that I have to get the software to unlock and remove the logo from the phone he didn’t tell ho ware what ware to get this program or is he pulling my leg all he wants to sell you the cable for big bucks and he got me I have a sgh A707 AT&T phone and I want to put for T-MOBLE like I said I’m a novice can some body PLEASE help me step by step
