Member: 924798 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | Help with password My 14 year old daughter has special needs and has got a very low functioning memory. She has had several mobile phones which she has now condemned to her bedroom drawer all because she enters passwords to secure the phone, but then forgets what they are and cannot get past switch on. Her latest phone which she has actually managed to keep working since last Christmas has now suffered the same fate, as she cannot recall what password she should enter, and the phone will only allow her to make emergency calls. The model is (Samsung) SGH C300 (red coloured case) and we, let's say I, am doing my best to try to get it working again for her, as she gets very frustrated and upset when things don't work and she can't contact her mates. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to reset the password to factory default so that she can once again access her phone? I have no cables to connect the phone to a computer, so any unlock needs to be done using the keypad only. Or, should I just give up before I begin and condemn yet another handset to the depths of her already bulging bedroom drawer. Honestly, it's becoming a graveyard for dead mobiles! HELLLLLLP! |

Member: 924798 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | Thanks Thanks for that. I've only just returned to the forum and discovered your reply, so I'll go and give it a try and see how I get on. I hope it works, as my daughter is walking the walls (well, not actually - but if she gets any more stressed she's likely to be!) |
