hi
use original MULTI LOADER for flash ur phone and tick the full download & change boot
remember use full charge battery for flash

im so sorry
i think F490 is your phone
you can flash your phone with this flasher via usb cable without any problem (0044... imei)
just insert battery and hold * key when insert usb cable to phone then install driver

how to do it , can u explain it more clearly ?

i have e490 which is restarting when we switch on the set only shows e490 samsung on screen ..
