what cable do i use for flashing this? anywhere to buy it? i tried with usb and com for d800 BUT NO SUCCESS. Bad response from phone. Im talking about PHONE part of the phone

Why dont you read the posts properly ,, u will see there is a file for i718 for English and there is also instructions to downoad it ,,

for fleshing i710 use v804 2in1 cable(usb+rj45) z3x cable with z3x box and selct z3x comport
