Yes you can obtain a bin file by saving your firmware by ufs box.

The bin will come with all data inside such as contacts and messages deleted too? (I know that must be decoded, but I need to know if they are inside the bin)?

In generally I need to exctract with hardware/software the bin (including messages and contacts) from any phone. In this case I need to do from a samsung GT-E1200. So, I need to extract bin, I need to open the bin with an hex editor, find what I need, decode it and thats it.
I need this procedure for digital mobile forensic, I know that there are hardware such as UFED that does this, but it cost too much for me (about 7000USD). I think I can do myself at home at cheap price. thanks
