hiiiiiiiiii everybody i wonder why we should always use boxes like twister to flash firmware of samsung can't we use the ordinary data cable which came with the phone or we can open the phone and connect the rom which contain the firmware with burner and flash it i really confused and i hope to get help from any body

U can use usb to serial cable, and flash ur phone with available firmware downloader ( allmost every samsung).

please tell me BR Janar is the usb cable to serial port is the cable came with the phone for tunes and applications or other cable

janar, can you tell me if I can change the IMEI number with a USB-serial & 9v battery cable ??? Which software will be the work on my U600 ?

Yes u can use the same cable, put your phone in download mode and phone is detected as usb modem and u can work with it
