How remove this from Screen?

Hello.
I have one Problem,how remove this,please help,see Screenshot?
I have flash with original 3 Parts Firmware(Boot,PDA,Modem,CSC),Factory Reset/Wipe Date,but not help!

Yes,I have SPT Box,Z3X and other.
I have successfull repair IMEI and Phone work,but S/N:00000000.
