for remove user code, write full flash ( phone on mode download and use cable usb).

flash phone with z3x support area flash file
(press voluem - & power key to activate download mode)

this is not a m5620 this is samsung M5650 use se-tool

this is the steps how to unlock samsung m5650 by setool :

1. must have setool activated

2.use latest update 1.04

3.go to setting enable signed mode

4.press volume down key + camera key then plug usb cable

5. press unlock

yes note
use original usb cable,hold down volum key and camera key then plug cable must be detected on the setool software

Man next time 1st check your proper model then post here

ok. seems the problem is that the cable needs to be much shorter.

hope to solve it that way.

use original MINI USB CABLE good luck
