i450 only start up logo

dear friends ,I am trying to flash the phone ,when i push 1 and 4 everything seems ok,but when i try flash all download can not boot the phone.cabel seems ok ,even when i connect the phone with computer nothing happens.

please give me an advice,if the connector and cable is not good,why i connect the phone with 1 and 4 ,but with * and 7 and 4 and 7 can not?
