can i flash like this or i need other flash that match the ap code and csc of my phone?

hello everybody...my 8510 is running really slow..any idea why?..second my sw version is I8510DJHI1

AP CSC I8510L15FMGH1
If I flash the Russian MP on my phone will it brick it?(because the firmware are not the same?)
And is there a visual tutorial for flashing a Samsung phone?
