i9003 critical error: kernel panic upload mode - GSM-Forum

Hello,
I have a samsung i9003 from Movistar provider. It always stuck and restart with many applications that I must force to close and it give me this fatal error: kernel panic upload mode.
when I try to go to Settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications -> running applications in order to remove installed applications, it immediately shutdown with that famous error.
I flash it many times with Odin3 v1.82 with different versions ( I9003XXKPE, I9003XXKPM,.....). it flash it successfully (All threads completed. succeed1/failed0) but it never erase the user data, and always this error: kernel panic upload mode.
I put it into recovery mode ( Press Volume up + Ok + Power ) to clear memory, but unfortunatly nothing cleared. Always same user data. We read in the screen phone: "Installing multi-csc : can't access to '/system/csc/XEC/system'."
Same thing if I tape *2767*3855# nothing cleared.
any solution to this problem ???
Can any expert help me to resolve this critical and typical error ??

me too have same problem
iflash phone to 2.3.4 XXPE and root it
i enter phone to recovery mode and make :
wipe data
factory reset
and phone is working

same here...always kernel panic upload mode...anyone there has a solution???????
