for csc unknow you need to write efs file in pda tab

but after write efs you imei is restore means 0049909778989 like this then you neeed to repair it on z3x 16.1 virsion

I did the procedure with the up-side-down download mode, but now the phone turns on and has NULL IMEI, is there a fix for that?

Flashing stock rom 4.3 with odin but no signal EMEI and S/N are correct.

Bro. you can use BST dongle to solve this problem
Just check one package in the options and choose any firmware with PDA only and check mark on safe flashing and on efs repair check default efs then your problem will solve( May you need to make reset factory settings by recovery mode)
Off course after this step you need to repair imei and S.N by this tool
I have solved more than 10 by this tool
