I have te same problem but can not flash this firmware because the phone has the latest one. Any other solution for the wi-fi?

try to flash J710FN-DS_J710FXXU1APCB_J710FOXY1APCB_Russia Android 5.1.1_4File Firmware first then try Wi-Fi Fix
