is there Factory FS for this version, phone restart without.

Try to flash it from an other flash file as "S8600XXKJC OXA.rar" it contain "FactoryFs_S8600_Open_Europe_Common.ffs"

customer wanna his phone like before for warraty.
if i flash with SFR flash + FFS from EU fw, many SFR apps are missing!!!
