A friend of mine gave me a phone for my son to use, IF I can figure out how to unlock the screen. She said her daughter forgot the password and Verizon wouldn't help them. Other than trying every combination , is this a lost cause? It is a Samsung U-450. Thanks, in advance, for any advice.
