m getting this error while flashing this set ,

Code:

ERR_PROTOCOL
There was a problem with the protocol on the serial link between the PC and
the phone. Either OptiFlash received something unexpected, or the link is
defective.

how to solve pls ,

first change box usb port and try if not solve ,,,,clean phone usb connecter ....
