when i retsart the phone it changes the Language from arabic to english Automaticly and always gave camera failed

Original Fw of phone ?
Flashing with box or tool ?
U should use ofti-flash tool to flash your phone .If can't solve problem , write E2P .

but ...

1.try to flash it with 2009 firmware like to M620JPIE1
2.make sure about your phone M620 or M620N
