s5230 black screen - GSM-Forum

hello
i have s5230 virgin media. it is country locked .
i tried codes but the sp cp network enable codes work but disable one's when commanded gives error. so i tried to flash the software using multiloader v5.62
firmware S5230XXIE7_PL.
the phone had some bvII firmware in it.
when i flashed it "security failure".
the phone is black screen nothing anybody tell me what is the problem and solution.....
nothing working....

black screen .... its not switching on or going in download mode nothing jst black screen .....plz guide me.....
