To Abe:

To press "Unlock" and "Flash" buttons can to teach a any monkey! :-)
I am a human, and i want to know: "why is work?, if i see errors" in scheme.

If in scheme pin 1 connected, but 2 - up air and 5 pin not connected, 6 - also up air. - i see that it's errors!

Maybe in scheme not need 74hc14.
In another schemes you can to see 1 element of 74hc04

74hc04
5 (Data IN) -----|>---- 4 (Data OUT)

Connect 2to3, 4to5 on 74hc14 and it also work AND WORK CORRECTLY!!!!
Phone let signal on line [DATA IN]->-[inversion elenent]->-[DATA OUT], that phone ready to receive FLASH file.

In scheme Special@gsm _phone_always_ready_to_receive_flash_ EVEN IF PHONE NOT READY.

Hi all.
I make this box from ABE scheme.
And this box not work for me without shortcut 2-3 and 4-5.
I think Dmitry Erokhin right

I know that i am using this schematics,and all flashing unlocking work well...........so for those who doesnt work,connect pin 2-3 and 4-5 and enjoy...........regards.............
So somebody can download schematics from my group and correct the connected pins............and upload for other people ofcourse..........

New pinout for SGH-2200 not 100%

I tried and not start flashing!
Flasher detect phone, send RAM loader and waiting only!
Sometimes virbra starting and green led on, and i must remove battery for stopping

Santel not working too with this pinout

what is the problem?

iam electronik engineer and i can say next:
1) If phone need just inverse data signal we can take it simply from pin2
2) If phone need negative data signal with delay than take it from pin6
3) in previous schemes data signat dont passed into the phone, so if progs worked normally with phone i think generally no need 7414

)))
4) if phone contact names Data In, it means that data signal go into the phone, but in our schematic input connects to input - its nonsence in digital electronics. May be Data In really is Data Out, in this case 7414 is necessary.
Anyway i will try this schematic today and post result tomorrow.

Hello,
I am not engineer but i work with TTL elements so long time.

for flasher you will need to be inversed boot impulse
and his take control it when you power on comunication phone will see your boot loader status....(if you have logical analisator or osciloscope you can see it ).I experence with samsung R210

P.S. i try many shematic of flasher and unlocker.
and result one :
for flasher: you wil take one free element of MAX232 but you will need make to low out impulse 5v.
for unlocker: you will need cut from max and short it.

Thats all. (if i am wrong please corect me to right way :-)))
