my mobile galaxy y is rooted and software update suggested me to download update so i did update my phone when installing it stuck at 86 percent and the phone restarted and said software update failed from that time i cant make calls and send messages .....when i try to make a call it says not registered on network but mobile data is working and i can browse internet pls

help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Friend! Check IMEI. Or Phone is in BlackList...!!!
