note 2 n7100 problem:sim card is not registred.. - GSM-Forum

hey all, i flashed a firmware for a rooted note 2 after unrooting. the firm ware worked well . the note 2 detects the sim card bas it says the sim is not registered when dialing a number or calling. i used the firmware of the nearest country but still same problem. any suggestions for this problem and help ????

first time phone root now 2nd time repeir now imei & repeir network with z3x, octuplus.
