Note 2 problem showing samsung first screen only - GSM-Forum

Dear all Expert,

I have Samsung Note 2 its stuck on Samsung first screen
I tried to add frimware with odin but not working
in download mode on mobile it showing
ODIN MODE (Red Colour)
Product Name : GT-N7100
Custom Binary Download : No
Current Binary : Samsung Official
System Status : Official
Knox Warranty Void : 0
AP SWREV : A2

What shall I do please help

I tried failed getting this message

get pit data length failed
Finish update process failed

Error happend while updating device
Time used : 20.4 s

When u put phone in download mode i see product name? or is it missing?
