please help i have canadian note 3 n900w8 failed to mount efs invalid argument

please help my phone like this

I can get download mode and recovery mode but the phone always rebooted (bootloop)
I'm trying all solution like
-fix boot loop .zip
-terminal commanded with TWRP
-flash it with a stock ROM
-full wipe .......
But no way my phone always bootloop
I think the problem about my efs folder, in recovery mode ' failed to mount efs invalid argument '
please help

bended have the same problem E: failed to mount / efs (invalid argument) I get the error at startup samsung please help writings are forced
