problem with samsung sgh-i200 on startup - GSM-Forum

Hi gays i have a problem on my phone samsung sgh-i200 (WM v6.1)
I renamed this file "piml" (extension "vol"), but the system create a new one, when i tried to delete it and restore the old file, the system refuse to delete the new file.
When i restarted the phone the screen stay with windows logo, and some function it work like when i push for volume buttons and shutdown phone the sound increase or decrease.
And i set in settings that the keyboard light turn on just in night, and it works good.
And when i turned off the phone sometimes i see header bar (signal, battery level ...)
My question is how can skip the windows logo or fix this problem.
I tried to connect phone to my pc but i cant do anything, i install windows sync but not recognized, if that i need other driver please tell me, i need some data and document from this phone i don't want to format or flash it
