S8300 psw forgotted usb not work, how to? - GSM-Forum

Please have one piece of S8300 whith PSW when Power On, have forgot this PSW, the USB connector have changed but is good only for charge the Phone, if i connect in the PC "Phone NOT FOUND", obvius, also i can see the cable Usb in the display in charge.
Now, is impossibile insert character # only * for this late is impossible to make one reset, from BOX, not is possible for the USB not working FULL, how to?, this phone, New, is good only for game?
Please have solution?
