Help S23 ultra does not enter recovery mode - GSM-Forum

Hello, I have an s23 ultra (S918B) locked due to loss. This block was clearly made by the Samsung web (samarthings).
I have forgotten the unlock code. In the technical service of Samsung at the moment, they were able to wipe data factory but when turning on it continues requesting a code.
I try to access recovery mode but I can't do it, it just turns on.

Any trick to enter recovery mode?
I tried many times turning off with vol down + pwr, then I press vol up + pwr and usb always connected.

I latest Samsung phones Recovery is blocked by FRP if lost state is trigerred. So you havent chance to enter in Recovery [ or Download ] mode by key combination.

The download mode can be forced - so flashing with 4 files will do the Factory Reset at end, but ...

You can start with a well set at GH81-12520B Anyway jig and special cable + some ... ideas

So in this case I should have that tool to be able to perform a factory reset?
Thanks for the information, however I hope there is another way of restoration.
