if u have sim lock or seurty password then use samsung 2g tool
so first select correct com
2nd select setting model option and tickmark flash mode and use usb
then click direct unlock and connect cable if not connect then hold vol- and sim dailer butoon

Press "volume down" + "lock" and connect USB cable to phone
