This Guide will give you some easy steps that you can use whenever you need to reflash or update the firmware version of your Samsung C3262 Champ Neo Duos, Even the steps are very clear, But it is better to read all the steps first, And when you are sure of understanding each one, You can start the process by yourself.

Tools and Files:

- Samsung C3262 Champ Neo Duos Flash Files.
Download
- Samsung C3262 FlashLoader Program.

- Samsung C3262 Original USB Cable.
- A computer running windows OS.

- Backup any wanted data from your Champ Neo Duos mobile phone before starting, Otherwise you will not be able to recover anything from it after installing the firmware on it.
- Make sure that the phone's battery is fully charged, Or at least at 90% of charging level, That will save you from many flashing errors.
- Use stable PC only, And never connect the phone to any USB HUB, Instead use the main USB connectors of your PC.
- Install the needed drivers of your Samsung C3262 before starting the update, You can install Samsung Kies if you donn't have it.

Samsung C3262 Firmware Update Steps:

- Turn Off you phone, And take its battery and memory card out.
- Extract the flash files package, And the FlashLoader too.
- Look inside the FlashLoader folder, And you will see Drivers folder, Inside this folder there is a zip file (Sunstone_V5_00_0_1_WHQLed.zip), Extract it too.
- From the extracted folder run the Setup.exe program to install the drivers.
- From the FlashLoader folder run bfloader.exe program.
- Click on SetModel button and select this file from FlashLoader folder:
QuatroTeestaKoalaKiwiEdge_Production_Setting_v02.m dl
- Click on Main Partition button.
- Now click on Browse button and select this file from firmware BIN folder:
C3262xx.ptt (xx could be DD or XX or any other letters).
- Click OK button to close the opened window.
- Click on CSC button.
- Now click on Browse button and select this file from firmware CSC folder:
C3262xx.ptt (xx could be DD or XX or any other letters).
- Click OK button to close the opened window.
- Make sure that USB option is selected in Communication Settings to be able to flash your phone using The original USB cable.
- Click on START button at FlashLoader program's window.
- Connect the USB cable to your PC.
- Put the battery back into your phone, But do not turn it on.
- Press and hold Volume Down key + Lock key
- While you are holding the both mentioned keys connect the USB cable to the phone, And wait.
- In case Windows detects a new device, Wait until it installs the needed drivers.
- When the FlashLoader program detects the phone, It will start the flash process by itself.
- Do not try to disconnect the USB cable during the flash operation.
- Wait until the FlashLoader finishes his job, And the phone restarts.
- Now you can disconnect the USB cable from phone.
- It is better to do full reset by this code *2767*3855#
- The phone will restart after entering the above code, Wait for it.
- Now you are ready to use your Samsung Champ Neo Duos mobile phone.

Notices:
- In some cases the program may not detects the phone, So try to disconnect it and repeat the connection process ( Holding Volume Down key + Lock key and connect the USB cable to phone), Also you can try to reboot your PC after installing the drivers (Sunstone_V5_00_0_1_WHQLed).

Problem was not getting in to download mode

I tried all key combination 1+3,Volume down + lockkey,*key,but phone only blinking not getting in to download mode

While phone getting on in device manager under Universal serial bus controller

It detect as PNx4910 DFU device

And while phone was getting off it was disconnected
