Samsung C6712 hang and restart

i think i need to flash


but when i connect with pc to do flash

my pc become hang and not work any keyboard and mouse(both are usb)

i already changed usb port but problem still same

so any one can help me regarding this issue

or any idea to update the phone with sd card.

100 % driver prob bro clean u r Driver & remove u r net setter than try or use ftclean

Dear Bro,

u can try to Flash with free downloader. and reset with code.
if still this problem.
now try to heat on total board and clean PCB.

it's Tested by me... otherwise NO WAY !!!!
