Samsung flasher does not start download

I am using Flashtool_e2_r6 to flash samsung gt-e2232.
However the flasher start the download but stops and never proceeds.
I tried to keep as it is for 60 mins but does not go further
I really need a solution.
Checked and double checked the device manager for flash loader usb utility and everything looks good but still the problem
