remove tick Re-Partition then flash try again

with pit file just untick on repartition then post result....

Try this
  1. Download My attachments
  2. Download firmware


Step1 : Open Odin > Click PIT > Select M0_20120220.pit from Pit folder



Step2 : Click PDA > Select I9300XXELL5_I9300OJVELL2_I9300XXELKC_HOME.tar then click start and enjoy

It is HW failure (eMMC fault), just sent it in and get it fixed under warranty

try to flash odin version 3.0.7 may b your problem will b solve
