Samsung GT s3653 help?

I have a Samsung GT s3653 and when i turn it on it says contact service provider, so if i flash it will this be fixed? also if flashing will fix it, where can i find a flash for it and how do i do it (im a noob at this)

you can't do it without service box.

you did not post any info about phone.

It might be software or hardware problem, we can't say without information.

If this happens by software, then, flash. After flashing if phone is locked and freeze then unfreeze and unlock it.

If this is from hardware, then, check for it.

What is a service box? and what info for the phone must i give?
What happened was the pin/puk code was guessed too many times so the phone must be unlocked by the service provider but they wont because i dont have the receipt.
Im very new to this so im confused with what to do
