Member: 675695 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | samsung j600 flash problems i flashed my samsung j600 from original TIM firmware J600AIGF1 to J600XXGF5, that i found here in the forum. Everything is fine except for the audio and the message part: i can't send messages as it freeze if i try, and i can't hear the ringtone because it is set to "just light up when calls arrive" (sorry but i don't know how to translate this correctly) and if i try to change it, setting it to "vibrate, then ring" for example, it will also freeze. Another firmware i tried is the J600XXGG2, but it gives me the same problem for the audio part, and a new problem on the camera. I have noticed that firmwares are 80Mb, but Optiflash only copies around 30Mb of stuff, and not the entire thing on the phone (i could see it on the log, the other stuff says is not "different"). Also, all my old stuff, such as messages, audio files, pictures, phone numbers, is still there after the flash, while i have experienced that when i sent my phone to assistance to get a newer firmware, it came back completely empty, all my stuff deleted, and obviously everything working fine. I'm therefore thinking that all the procedures i've found on the internet on how to debrand a j600 are not 100% correct, otherwise why would there be firmwares not completely working? how do i "completely" flash my phone, as if it's new from factory? thanks in advance, Andrea |
