Red face >>>Samsung N7100 strange yellow service menu problem<<<

Hi,mates.
One Samsung N7100 came in the service center with strange problem, that Im trying to fix,but I couldn't till now.The customer said that while he was trying to update it with the latest 4.1.2 firmware version, the phone accidentally stoped and now on the screen there is some kind of yellow text service menu, showing PDA info,Phone,CSC,Hardware,RF cal date and etc., and the Imei is NULL.
I tried to flash it,hard reset it,repartition it,but nothing helps. This yellow text menu is still there and nothing can remove it.
I tried to downgrade it with 4.1.1 ,but after downgrading it,the set is switching on at Samsung logo.I had to turn it back to 4.1.2 so the set can switch on normally (with this ****ty yellow text service menu of course).
Repairing the Imei and SN is not a problem, but how to fix this service menu?!
Have you seen such a problem?!Can you help me somehow?Thank you, mates

It's the SystemInfoService (Settings/Application manager/Running/Factory test/SystemInfoService) I can stop it,but when the phone is rebooted, the SystemInfo again pops up on the screen...Arrghhh. ..Flashing the phone can't help,Factory reset also,so how to stop this SystemInfo permanently from poping up on the screen every time the phone starts...

Just a question about this method:
When I open the Factory mode as text editor, the file is full of question marks.Should I delete them all and then write "ON" (cause there's nowhere "OFF",as mention here http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f777...-here-1727011/ ) ? Cause I did just by writing "ON" on the first sentence among all the question marks and everything is just fine...
