I need a flash tool for Samsung S3100, I used a usb cable, the phone restarting continuous, need a new firmware !

Try this firmware instead, as it is complete of the csc file

The baterry is charged , I connected the phone on charger and will not start........I got the blue screen of the operating system during flash process ,and now phone is dead ,doesn't start

Hello

Dont think so its Software now .
Move to hardware it should be hardware problem
