0- Phone powered off without Sim card .

1- Do a hard rest : Windows key + OK Button + Reset with stylus

2- Wait for phone to start and insert sim witout turning the phone off .

3- Go to dial option and put *2767*3855#

4- Wait for phone to start again and put this code *7465625*638*00000000*00000000#

5- Finally enter this code #7465625*638*00000000#

Phone unlocked

Tested Some phone
