sgh d807 frozen at startup - GSM-Forum

when i turn on the phone i can only see the blue screen that says the model number and 'samsung'. i can't get past this screen. so i tried to flash it. i got optiflash for sgh d807 with d807 firmware. then i found the port by holding down the asterisk key (*) and pressing the power button. this is the port i assigned to optiflash. however, when i try to flash the phone it still says ERR_WRONG_FILE_FL. and at the bottom where it shows COM x/x i only have COM x/- where x is the com port number associated with the phone. In screneshorts of the program i see that successfully run optiflashes have COM x/x. what do i do to fix this problemn?

flash it with ustpro by selecting as d806 ur problem solved
