sm-j250m - not accepting firmware

j250m restarts in download mode with this message on screen

ddl: mmc failed
current binary - samsung official
system status - custom
frp - off
oem lock - on

error: cannot read boot image header
can't get fdt
download mode

ERROR: there is no pit binary.

Any Solutions ?

Phone not accepting combination file (tried bit 4 & bit 5)
Not even stock latest files from sammobile (bit 5)
i even tried repair file with pit from support

probably eMMC... what is the history of phone?

customer it said that phone got freezed and pull battery out and error show up after power up
