tocco f480 blue and green screen even after flash?

hi . on putting the battery in it starts up on its own blue screen then green,
Iv used multiloader and flashed it and started up ok but when switched it off and back on again it blue and green screened again .can anyone tell me what would fix this ,is it a software fault?.thanks

Problem is about Boot section
Try to flash phone with a compatible version to phone and also write a correct boot file

thanks . im still working on it .iv flashed it again using a different version but it still does it (but not every time).i don`t know what the original firmware was but i put F48RXXIC1 then F48FXEID1.

are u sure the phone is correctly F480? or is other graphs?
was that branded or under a special operator develop?

try to flash it with F480XEID1 or F48FXEIB1

its defo a f480 its not branded but is only open to orange network.im wondering whether to put the orange firmware on off the site you gave me .thats F480BKHG1 ?il give the two you gave me ago first.thanks
