U600 can't enter flash mode

I have several units. Problem is that after flashing with U600B firmware, phone powers on, but the top keyboard is not working. The IMEI is ok.

I'm trying to flash the phone again, but it won't enter in flashing mode. When I press power while holding the * key nothing happens, it doesn't connect with the computer.

I'm using OptiFlash. Any idea what to do?

try to flash using rs232, not USB
