Urgent help needed plz - GSM-Forum

i downloaded the samsung NAND FLASHER for B2100 ..and after connecting original USB cable to the phone...the computer doesnt recognize the port

though the computer says .your hardware is installed and ready to use

I also put the phone in pc suite mode but still cant see any port in the device manager ..

if i cant see the port then how can i flash samsung b2100 with NAND FLASHER

I HAVE ALSO INSTALLED THE SAMSUNG PC SUITE..BUT no results

plz solve this mystery

this phone not update the software with this flash lodare req of jig on this model

You can't flash this phone with USB cable. Need COM interface.
