i can just say this TST perfect tool .. when i get this i put my UST pro dongle in distbin.
TST support section is full of servic manuls and Training manuals. i make alive my few phoens also which was dead sinc 2 months.thx To Total Samsung TooL.

I am also looking for the solution that continuously update the tool with new phone support. for example, I have motorola smart-clip. they do add new phone support to your existing tool. You don't have to buy new tool unlike the sony ericsson fighter. Fighter team pushes you to buy new tools by adding support to new phones.

may be you right . but as i see in Total samsung tooL.. thay update also new models like z1xx imei changing and N700 UNLOCKING+flashing & bugs repair..
its good update from TST team ..

mine answer is :

1. Online support

answer : i found arround all flashes and lang files in support with all training stuff+service manuals in TST support .

2. Reliability

answer : after ust pro trust i have to trust AGERE or TST so i talk with both distrebutors . but i get setisfication from TST peopls .

3. Price

answer : both price is same $250 for end user

answer : right now TST have some batter options like N700 and other things unlocking + flashing +repair for many news models.

i request tham for N700 and 2nd day i saw update for N700...mind ****ing update fo me .

its my opinion about TST ..well see what other people say ..cus TST is just arrive befor week so i think most of people not get has dongles for test .may be you get good replys when people test.for me 100% perfect.

I just tried TST. Working best , flashing , unlocking for D500 OK, repaired "Phone freezed" by TST.
