939 (S5-D2) hard failure need help - GSM-Forum

Hi
Today I recive one Sagem 939 with "Hardwer failure Mobile blocked" massage.
It ic 939 S5-D2.I can`t fix it with Sagem Dr. or with Sag.1.53 by Bartek
I need help.
Does anybody know how to fix it?

Hi.
It's work for 922 4.1M
If you want to reset wrong code counter, you have to read EEPROM and find 9C 03 40 00 next byte is wrong code counter. This field is write/read protected, and you can't modifay it with cabele.

Hi

Phone work OK now with orginal sim card D2.
When I try to unlock it with Dejans - *bad data* http://www.thoic.net/gsm/ubb/frown.gif
I try with field 191=251 and etc but always *bad data* http://www.thoic.net/gsm/ubb/frown.gif
Any solution for that?

read eprom. with sagem doctor?
full or quick read?
or i have to desolder something?

No need to desolder EEPROM, just solder thin wires on pins (but veeeery carefuly) and read the EEPROM using PonyProg or some similar soft. If you need more details, send a post here.
