Use this pinout 6-GND 10-RX 11-TX And usual RS232toTTL scheme connection speed for comunication programs 19200. I think Bartek-1.53 can help you

it can not work.it do not detect. it can not read eprom .

so you have to read eeprom with ponyprog directly from eeprom chip.
