Hi... What is solution from Legija?
PB IMEI indicates, that tomething with your IMEI is not OK...
-> Field 0 or field 1000 is not OK. As you usually cannot access field 1000 that easy, i think, your field 0 is incorrect.
Try to reconstruct your original Field 0 out of the IMEI on the sticker behind the battery.
You can easily make mistakes, because some older Sagems gave the IMEI Checkdigit set to 0 in field 0, even if it has an other value.
    For example IMEI = 33210123456789-4
    But Field 0 = 083A23012143658709 and not 083A23012143658749

I think, this is in all MC Phones with firmware older than 4,1M

If this is not the error, then
    1) change field 0 to something
    2) use sagemdr and ose the function "Change PhoneIMEI" to repair field 0 AND field 1000. If you use the original IMEI, you need not correct the checksums
