MY3026 Hardware Failure Mobile Blocked - GSM-Forum

Dear Sagem Specialists,

I have a MY3026 with "Hardware Failure Mobile Blocked" due to multiple unsuccesful code trials. The phone data are as follows:

Firmware version: DH3,5H 130502 1145
Field 0: 083A05083405809180
Field 5709: F845D3E1
HashTable: 28

Who could give a piece of help?

if you check the forum very well .. there are many discussions and solutions regarding this topic, all you need do is use the serach button.

but you may consider access the hotline menu in phone, this you do twice , the first time you get "sim missing" and the second time after sim missing, you get into hotline and reset field 231 to 00, the value there now with that error is 05..

So find out how to enter into hotline menu and try it out..

to enter into full hotline menu take the sim card out and turn the phone on you then need to enter a code.

Code for monitormode: *226632623XY X is a number from 0-9 Y is a number from 0-9.
There is away to calculate the value for Y, I cant remmber now but you can "search" this out, also ASTU can give it to you?

Dont forget to put * when you start to enter the code. You should be able to change just the values for X and Y until you get the correct values to enter hotline menu and reset field 231 as essojay says

I found the code with ASTU, to enter the Hotline menu.

I can't find how to change fields. I browse all the menu and find no such an option.

I found the way by reading older threads.

Down Arrow and * enters the Service menu. Select Prom then Read/write then the number or the field ie 231 the value was 05. I changed to 00 and phone works fine.

in directoy menu press * it goes hotline menu
select prom than edit 231 to 00

(down key +*+prom+edit+231 +00)
