my411v Suplementary service already in progress - GSM-Forum

Hi!
When i try too make call ,i got this messeage! How can i solve this problem on my411v ? I go to call option and changed anonymus mode to no or preset ,but any of them not helped! Factory reset/flashing doesnt work too!
Any idea???

flashing is the only solution..
