    No Timeout error with serial communication any more

    Hi all!

    In field 147 Bit 0 - 3, the baudrate is specified.
    In bit 4 is specified, weather the phone needs somewhere 5V for communication. If you set it to 0, communication works, without waking up the phone with the (c)-Key.
    This is a new list of Baud rates:
    field 147 <-> Baudrate
    0x00 <-> 4800
    0x01 <-> 9600
    0x02 <-> 19200
    0x03 <-> 38400
    0x04 <-> 2400
    0x05 <-> 1200 (*1)
    0x06 <-> 600 (*1)
    0x07 <-> 300 (*1)
    0x08 <-> 150 (*1)
    0x09 <-> 75 (*1)
    0x0A <-> 28800 (*1) (**2)
    0x0B <-> 33900 (*1) (**2)
    0x0C <-> 57600 (*1) (**2)
    0x0D <-> 115200 (*1) (**2)

    0x0F <-> automatic (*1) (**2)

    (*) Not tested by me
    (**) Only for MW Phones

    Warning:
    Don't do experiment with field 147, if you have no access to this field with monitormode or ponyprogrammer...
